1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sentinel Ops services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Sentinel Ops provides subscription-based recruitment services for tech talent. We source and vet Philippines-based candidates for UK and US companies.
3. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via PayPal
- Payment must clear before work begins each billing cycle
- Late payments will pause work until payment is received
- Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
4. Service Level Agreement
We commit to delivering 4-6 vetted candidates within 10 business days of receiving a complete role brief. The SLA pauses if client feedback is delayed more than 48 hours.
5. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable once work has begun. If we fail to deliver candidates within the SLA (and the delay is not due to client feedback delays), we will credit the following month or provide a pro-rata refund.
6. Replacement Guarantee
If a placed candidate doesn't work out within the first 90 days (for skill or fit reasons), we'll provide replacement candidates at no additional cost, subject to the terms of your plan.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sentinel Ops and protected by copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sentinel Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
