Payment Terms

How Payment Works

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via PayPal.
  • Payment must clear before work begins each billing cycle.
  • Late payments pause work until payment is received.
  • Client is responsible for any PayPal transaction fees or foreign exchange charges.
  • We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Invoices sent via PayPal within 48 hours of subscription start.

Pilot Month Option

New clients can treat Month 1 as a pilot. Pay upfront for the first month, receive candidates, and decide whether to continue on a rolling monthly basis. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable once work has begun. If we fail to deliver candidates within the SLA (and the delay is not due to client feedback delays), we will credit the following month or provide a pro-rata refund.
