Our 2-Stage Interview Flow:
Infrastructure Challenge (90 mins)
Deploy a sample app to AWS/Azure using Terraform, set up CI/CD pipeline. We assess infrastructure-as-code quality and automation skills.
Scenario-Based Interview (60 mins)
"Your prod server is down at 2am"—how do you troubleshoot? Discuss past incidents, scaling strategies, and tool choices.
QA & Test Automation Engineers
Manual QA, test automation, performance, and security testing

- 2+ years in QA or test automation
- Proficiency in at least one automation tool
- API testing (REST/GraphQL)

Test Scenario Exercise (60 mins)
Write test cases for a sample feature, then automate 2–3 with Cypress/Playwright. We evaluate test coverage and code quality.
QA Process Discussion (45 mins)
Review past projects, discuss testing strategy, regression suites, and how they collaborate with developers.
