Our Story
Sentinel Ops was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, by a team of hiring managers and recruiters who were frustrated with traditional tech recruitment: high placement fees, long timelines, and inconsistent quality.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently. By building deep relationships with Philippines-based tech communities and leveraging our operational base in South Africa, we created a hybrid model that combines global talent sourcing with streamlined project management.
Today, we serve UK and US companies—from fast-moving startups to established agencies—who need to hire developers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, and more, without the usual friction.
